How the tracker works
- 1Create a recipe
Substance, amount in the vial, water and your amount per application – easiest to work out in the calculator and use “Save to tracker” there.
- 2Mix a vial
Under “Recipes”, tap “Mix vial” on your recipe. The tracker remembers date, concentration and shelf life and prints a label for you.
- 3Log an application
After each injection, log it quickly: choose the vial, amount and injection site. You will see what is left, your history and which site is next.

How to get the plan into your calendar: iPhone – open the file in Safari and tap “Add all”. Samsung – open the file and import it with “Calendar”. Google Calendar – on a computer under Settings → “Import”.
The plan only contains your own entries. We do not recommend doses – set amounts with your doctor.
Back up & transfer
All entries are stored only in this browser on this device. If you clear browser data, switch devices or (on iPhone) don’t open the page for a while, they can be lost. So back them up regularly as a file.
Delete everything
Removes all recipes, vials and entries from this device. This cannot be undone.
