Who is behind Peptid-Klartext

I’m Marcus, 41, a father of three, and I live in Cologne. In September 2026 I started Mounjaro under medical supervision. Within the first few days I had more questions than answers: How do I convert milligrams into units? What is normal and what is a warning sign? Why does everyone in the groups say something different?

So I started building calculators and collecting answers – first for myself, then for my wife Alexandra, who started a week after me. That’s how this site came about. You can find our own progress in the experience reports.

• Sources instead of hearsay: manufacturers’ prescribing information (EMA), studies, authorities such as the German BfArM or BfR, consumer advice centres. The sources are listed below every article.
• Honest about the evidence: if something is not proven, we say so – even if forums say otherwise.
• No dosing recommendations for unapproved substances. For approved medicines we only repeat what the prescribing information says – the decision is your doctor’s.
• Nothing to sell: no shops, no suppliers, no discount codes, no telemedicine commissions.
• Date and author are shown on every guide. We update articles when the facts change.

We are not medical professionals, and our articles are not medically reviewed. They do not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Many of the peptides described here are not approved as medicines and are only sold as research substances “not for use in humans or animals” – we expressly do not recommend using them.
