2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser) are processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the website). A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

3. Web analytics with Google Analytics (only with consent)

If you click "Accept" in the notice window, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data are transmitted to Google.

Google Analytics sets cookies (e.g. "_ga") and processes usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks on external links (e.g. to the WhatsApp community or to Amazon), approximate location (country/city), device, browser and truncated IP address. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Google signals and advertising features are disabled. We use the data solely to understand which content is read and to improve the website. Your entries in the calculator and tracker are not transmitted.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). A data processing agreement is in place with Google. Transfer to the USA is possible; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission). The data are deleted after 14 months.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: Open cookie settings. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. More information: Google's privacy policy.

Apart from this, this website sets no cookies and loads no fonts or other content from third parties.

4. Local storage in the calculator and tracker

If you save a recipe in the calculator or use the tracker, your entries (recipes, vials, doses, injection sites, notes) are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your device ("Local Storage"). These data are not transmitted to us or to third parties; we cannot see them. They are stored only because you expressly use this feature (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can export or delete the data at any time in the tracker under "Data", or remove them via your browser settings.

So that the calculator and tracker also work offline, your browser additionally stores a copy of the page files in a cache (service worker). No personal data are stored in the process.

5. Links to Amazon (affiliate)

We use labelled links to the Amazon Associates programme. No data are transmitted to Amazon when you visit our pages. Only when you click such a link are you redirected to Amazon; the privacy policy of Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l. applies there. Amazon may set cookies to record that you came via our link.

6. WhatsApp community

This website contains links to our WhatsApp community. No data are transmitted to WhatsApp when you visit the page; you only leave our website when you click a link. Participation in the WhatsApp community is voluntary. WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) applies. In the announcement group your phone number is not visible to other members; in groups where you post, it is. Please think carefully about which health information you share there.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent given, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
